This page has been dedicated to any "Praise" on chat. This has been a suggestion, sent in by an e-mail. We are not sure if this is really what people want, but we will soon know, via the page visitors. We want this page to reflect "Really good deeds". Something unusual.. Things that are just real nice, or even funny stories. Something to make people smile! If you send in a story, please keep it to less than 500 words...Please!!!!.. We do have a limit on our bandwidth. Ok Lets hear some nice/ funny stories!

I find it sad that the server owners have to continuously attack each other. This isn't what Mxxx, Nxxxxxx and the others had in mind when starting Voodoo, I'm quite sure. If you look at the Voodoo server, the page says Voodoo COMMUNITY...not one certain server name. It was started for friends to find each other after old vp and excite shut down, it's FREE unless you're nosey and want elite, which is your choice. They have developed games for us to play to occupy our time with, they have done everything in their power to make sure things are running smoothly, yet all they get is bitching when the hub goes down. OMG! I can't see the fake person in my av!! WhatEVA will I doooo?? All they seem to get are headaches and ungrateful idiots trying to be something they're not. Yes, Mxxx does get the "God complex" at times, but given the crap he's presented with...he's entitled. As for Seed and Nxxxxxx and the other admins, they get whined to and griped at and people wonder why they get banned. The bingo game bs...regardless where it started, big deal, someone else has one, it's not interfering with yours...if you want to bitch about that, what about the gammon and yahtzee games, should they be fought about when a new one starts up? Gee, someone stole our idea of gammon...let's hack their server until they give up! Come on people, grow up and accept the fact that you aren't the only ones in the world and honestly, you're making it worse on yourself by making people afraid to go to your server, is that something to be proud of? Chat is chat, there is enough drama without the games being in it too. I think Mxxx should pull the plug for a week...or more even, let people see what it's like without Voodoo, drag their sorry asses somewhere else. Let's give the admins a break and have a drama free week, no complaints, no drama, no bitching, no whining...just celebrate what they have given us and be glad we're allowed to enjoy it. Betcha can't! I don't read this chat rats thing unless my attention is called to it, but I have noticed that the smiles page is hardly used, nobody has anything to smile about? Let's fill that page, surely someone in chat has a happy story. Quit trying to 'bust' people with other names, simple way to stop being used is don't talk to everyone just because they im you, don't give out your info to anyone and everyone hoping they're the one for you. Quit being easy and those that use can't have you. Use common sense, tall order, but I'm sure you can do it! Everyone take care and have a wonderful day, there is enough in the real world to be upset about, take chat as it was meant to be...fun. Happily signed...Wik

It was 2006 when Ynot and I *Keira* met online in a chatroom called Thorns and Roses in Voodoo. We spoke for many months online and on the phone, getting to know one another completely ,before taking that big step towards an actual one on one meeting! As time went by we finally decided to set up a date and time for our first get-together. Ynot came to my town and met me on my turf *so to speak*. He met with me in person under my guidlines..as any good man would do! We met in a nearby bar/resturant type place..had a few drinks to break the ice..altho , myself..I had, had my share of too many drinks (laughs) which made the night all the more interesting.
Watching Ynot walk thru the door on that night..I will never forget how completely hot he was/is! All dressed in his black harley leather jacket and black fitted type jeans..he took my breath away! The temp. in the place went up 10 degrees just from him strolling in :)
He sat down next to me and whispered in my ear, your pictures dont do u justice,your even more beautiful in person! From that moment on..we became quite taken with one another. We took full advantage of the good vibe building between us and partied the night away.
The rest is history..we havent been apart since our 1st date,and sorry I dont kiss and tell (winks) It is now 2008 and we are soon to be celebrating our daughters 1st birthday!
Yes, people..good things DO come from online chatting! The moment I met Ynot in the chats, I gained a friend, a lover and we made a beautiful daughter together! There isnt anything much sweeter in life..then those 3 things! SO,all because I chose to sit @ my computer in a chat-room on any given day in Voodoo, I met a special person, that I love and who has given me love :)

I don't really have any b#tches, I'm like Owlsong, I'm just happy to be on this side of the dirt.
I can't comment on the server wars, cause all I noticed was the new people coming into the room I hang at. (I'm clueless that way)The annoying ones I ignore, the ones that are fun I interact with. That's what my chat is, interaction with people I enjoy. Those that do drift back, I'm always happy to see, and if I don't remember them, I'll still say hello.
I just want write about all the wonderful friendships that started in VP. (Oh so many years ago.) There are so many things I could say about my friends, but the words I hold closes to my heart is, "you are a reflection of your friends".~smiles so brightly~ I am so proud to call you all my friend and I hope you see the beauty in me as much as I see the beauty in you. Life is what you want it to be. And thank you for bringing joy and laughter to mine. When I'm having a bad day, I always know where I can go for a giggle and laugh, (some times a side splitting scare the cat HOOT of laughter.) When I have troubles you're always there to share them with me, to take part of the pain of way. When I have joy in my life, you enjoy it with me. When the sky's is gray, you bring starlight. So thank you. Each and everyone of you for being who you are. Your just as special as you make me feel.

#3 Last but not least, I have never chatted at the Lake and left MSG , when Taboos was a embryo in Stoop's tummy , so I cant comment on their policies. I do know , one thing, Taboos is the #1 radio station and in my view the best place to chat. The admin staff , Saddle , Stoops , Killera , Wik, Dynamics , and the rest of the crew , have made it a great place. These ppl r not paid, they come to chat for the same reasons, to laff and have fun. They are fair, impartial and tolerant but above all HUMAN, mistakes get made. The last thing they want is having to boot or ban ppl. So on behalf of the regular Taboos chatters (i think i can speak for most ) THANK YOU , we do appreciate u being there
